Terms & Conditions
By using the Kids Basketball Parties website and services, you agree to the following terms.
Booking & Enquiries
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- Submitting a booking enquiry does not guarantee a booking until confirmed.
- A deposit is required to secure your party booking once confirmed.
- Final payment is due prior to the party date.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations more than 14 days before the party: full deposit refund.
- Cancellations within 14 days: deposit may be forfeited.
- If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
Party Packages & Pricing
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and current as of the date published.
- Confirmed bookings honour the price quoted at the time of booking.
- Add-on extras are optional and priced separately.
Safety & Supervision
- Our coaches supervise basketball activities during the party.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for overall supervision of their children.
- Participants engage in physical activity at their own risk.
